This is my evangelism verse! I usually present people with a paradox. I tell them how can I be bother perfect and a sinner? This and Romans 3 becomes my foundation to present the good news. God bless.
Ephesians 2:4-5 says “But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions —it is by grace you have been saved.” for me this verse embodies the message of the bible beautifully... God love for us, his character (his mercy), Work of Christ, Why we need him (sin), the miracle of grace...

Lionel,
Thanks for commenting. It sounds to me that you have a very sound method of sharing Christ. Thanks for the idea of combining 5:21 with Romans 3.
